Booking & Payment

• 3-hour minimum (half day) applies to all bookings.
• To confirm your booking, full payment is required 1 day prior to the job assignment.
• The professional fee includes the interpreter’s reserved time, starting at the scheduled start time, and covers any waiting time for the meeting to take place.
• The professional fee reserves the interpreter for the date and time specified on the order. Additional hours are billed at $200.00 per additional hour.

Scheduling

• We work half-day (3-hour) and full-day (6-hour) assignments, but we’re happy to accommodate jobs longer than 6 hours.

Travel & Expenses

• Travel time is billed for long distances, along with mileage, bridge tolls, and parking fees when necessary. Mileage is not billed within the Stockton area.

Cancellations

• A written cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund.
• We are not responsible for same-day cancellations. The client understands that the interpreter’s reserved time must still be paid in full.
